Take on a Challenge — Make a Difference!

This summer, we’re inviting our amazing young supporters to get involved and take on a challenge to raise vital funds for children and families supported by Hope Gardens in Southern India.

Get inspired!

Last year Sam and Albie took on a summer holiday cycle challenge for Hope Gardens. Thanks to their amazing efforts they raised £400 and we were able to buy brand-new sports equipment for our after-school clubs and serve an extra hot meal to children who needed it most.

How will my fundraising help?
By taking on a challenge you will raise fund and your support will help us provide extra hot meals for our children’s clubs and offer much-needed assistance to families who rely on Hope Gardens. Every pound you raise will directly impact the communities we serve — giving hope, nourishment, and brighter futures.

• £1.25 will ensure a child receives a hot, nutritious meal at our after-school club
• £10 helps provide essential medical check-ups for a child at our SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) school.
• £18 will buy 6 cricket balls, providing endless fun and activity for the children.
• £30 supports a child's education for a whole month, covering school fees, books, uniform, and transport

Hope Gardens is a Christian charity dedicated to uplifting marginalised communities in Southern India. For the past 25 years, we've worked tirelessly to break the cycle of poverty through a sustainable approach to development.

Our programmes include child sponsorship, adult education, healthcare, special needs education, and community development through a network of churches. By providing essential services and support, we empower individuals and strengthen communities.

Our after-school clubs are a cornerstone of our work. We offer tutoring to help children succeed academically while providing a safe and nurturing environment. This allows parents to work without worrying about their children, often in challenging conditions like local plantations.
